Call for Filmmakers
Luxar Media is seeking talented and experienced filmmakers to collaborate on a slate of upcoming international indie film projects in Croatia. Our productions are crafted exclusively in English, with a focus on cinematic storytelling that combines authenticity, elegance, and global appeal.
We are assembling a team and are currently looking for professionals across key departments:
- Directing team (Directors & Assistant Directors)
- Production team (Producers & Production Management)
- Camera department (Cinematography & camera crew)
- Technical crew (Lighting, sound, grip)
- Art & post-production (Art department, editing, post)
This is an opportunity to contribute to the development of an original feature film from early concept through final production.
We are seeking reliable, motivated collaborators who want to be part of a focused, professional production. We value creativity, reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic. Both experienced professionals and highly motivated emerging talents are welcome.
Requirements:
- Previous experience on film or media productions
- Strong work ethic and reliability on set
- Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced team environment
- Problem-solving mindset and adaptability
- Professional communication and respect for deadlines
- Passion for filmmaking and commitment to quality
- Working proficiency in English is required
Emerging talent with strong portfolios/showreels is encouraged to apply.
All films are shot across various locations in Croatia, which serves as the creative home of our productions.
